Housing
Between 2015 and 2019, the Central Bureau of Statistics Curaçao (CBS) conducted two sub-surveys as part of a comprehensive examination of the housing market: a housing need survey and a housing count survey. These investigations have yielded data on crucial aspects of both the demand and supply sides of the housing market. Utilizing insights gleaned from these studies, an analysis has been conducted on another critical facet of the housing market—determining whether there is a shortage or surplus of housing. On this page, you can access information pertaining to all three dimensions of the housing market.
